What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient healing form of Chinese medicine. It is a simple yet powerful way to awaken your natural healing ability. Qigong is a study of energy. It has been shown effective in the prevention and healing of many diseases. This ancient discipline combines mental concentration, breathing technique, body movements and sound to activate and cultivate “vital energy” as it flows through the channels of the body.
